These Terms and Conditions specify for access to and use of the JWC
Services. By using the JWC Services, you agree to be bound by and
comply with these Terms and Conditions and the JWC Privacy Policy located
at https://jwcc4u.org/privacy-policy. Please review these Terms
and Conditions carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms and
Conditions, then you should not use the JWC Services.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER AND BINDING ARBITRATION
NOTICE: BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS OF USE, YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT
TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION,
AND AGREE TO SUBMIT TO BINDING ARBITRATION, AS FURTHER DETAILED IN
SECTION 13 BELOW.
JWC provides an online service comprised of text,
video clips, graphics, photographs, audio works, video works and other content
available on the https://jwcc4u.org website.
JWC reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions
in JWC’s sole and absolute discretion. The most current version of these Terms
and Conditions can be reviewed by clicking on the “Terms and Conditions”
located at the bottom of the pages of the sites or on the “Terms and Conditions”
page of the Apps.
You
must be 18 years of age or older to subscribe to the FSM Membership (as
defined below) aspect of the JWC Financial Support Ministry Service.
Actually,
the JWC Services regular membership is free, but JWC FSM membership
has annual donation $100 per every year.
JWC
may offer various features that require registration or the creation of an
account with the JWC Services. If at any time you choose to register
or create an account with us, these additional terms and conditions
also will apply.
If
you believe that any JWC Content infringes your copyright, you should
notify JWC in accordance with the procedure set forth below. A
notification of claimed copyright infringement should be emailed to jesusworldcenter@gmail.com
or mailed to JWC 7342 Orangethorpe Ave #A211 Buena Park, California 90621, USA.
This
Terms and Conditions is governed by, and construed in accordance with, the
laws of the State of California, United States of America without giving
effect to principles of conflicts of law.
